Where can I find a trolley?

If you are departing, you will find plenty of trolleys outside Zayed International Airport and in the car parks. Porters will also be available to assist you with your luggage and can be found in the Departures area.

If you are arriving, you will find trolleys and porters at the baggage claim area.
Use of trolleys is free of charge.

How will I recognise an official porter?

Porters are easily identifiable by their uniforms, clearly marked ‘Porter Service’.

Is there a fixed rate for porters?

The fixed rate for a porter service is AED 30 ($8.16).

 Is transport assistance available within ?

Our AUH free taxi service is available to all our guests needing airport transport assistance. Our sustainable electric buggies can be used along the gates for departing and arriving guests.
