Experience the magic of Zayed International Airport without the travel

Entry to Zayed International Airport under this campaign does not require a boarding pass. All visitors must obtain a valid airport visitor access pass prior to entry and comply with all airport security procedures and regulations.

Upon confirmation, visitors will receive a digital pass (PDF) containing a unique QR code, which must be presented and scanned at designated control points, including airport entry, participating retail outlets where applicable, and exit points.

All visitors must return their access pass upon exiting the premises at the designated drop-off area as mentioned in the confirmation email.

In the event that the access pass is lost, visitors should immediately notify the airport security team that are available throughout the visit to the airport.

Failure to do so will be considered negligence and will severely impact future participation at airport events.

The issuance of an AirPass is permitted for UAE nationals and residents.

Minors below the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times, in accordance with airport policies.

Access to the airport is subject to pre booked time slots.

In case a visitor wishes to modify their allocated slot, this may only be done on the same day of the booking and must be communicated in advance to the designated phone number +97128055555. Any approved modification will require the issuance of a new access pass and may be subject to additional processing time.

• This offer is valid for AirPass holders only with complementary parking, subject to a minimum cumulative spend of AED 200 during the visitors’ authorized access period.
• Failure to meet the minimum spend requirement will result in standard parking charges being applied.
• To qualify, visitors must collect their complementary parking ticket voucher upon exiting the airside area.
• The complementary parking ticket voucher is proof that the minimum spending requirements have been met.
• The complementary parking ticket voucher must be presented to the parking attendant at the exit for verification. Once verified, the parking attendant will open the barriers.
• The parking attendant will scan a QR code to adjust the parking charges accordingly, reducing the fee to cover a maximum stay of four (4) hours. Any duration exceeding the four-hour limit will be charged at the applicable standard rate after the deduction.
• The voucher is valid for single use only and is strictly non-transferable.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other service.
• All visitors participating, whether eligible for complimentary parking or not, are advised to proceed directly to the car park exits.
• Please note that Zayed International Airport accepts no cash payments at the exits. Only card payments are permitted.
• All standard parking terms and conditions apply.

Visitors must adhere to all airport rules, protocols, and instructions provided by airport authorities at all times. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises.

Access to airside areas is strictly controlled. The use or carriage of personal electronic devices such as laptops and tablets is not permitted during this visit.

The campaign will run for a period of eight weeks. Dates and timings are subject to change at the sole discretion of the airport authorities.

All participants must hold valid identification and complete the required registration process.

Discounts and promotional offers are provided solely by participating retailers and concessionaires. Liquor and tobacco are not part of this campaign and their sale is not permitted without a boarding pass.

VAT will continue to apply on all eligible items, as entry does not require a boarding pass.

Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any misconduct, including disruption to airport operations, may result in immediate removal and potential restriction from future participation.

By registering for this campaign, you explicitly consent to Abu Dhabi Airports (based in the United Arab Emirates) processing your personal data for the purpose of administering your participation in the campaign, including campaign logistics and communications related to the campaign. This processing is necessary for your participation in the campaign. You acknowledge that such personal data may include the data contained in your passport and/or Emirates Identity Card, including your nationality and place of birth.

Your personal data may be stored for 2 years in Abu Dhabi Airports’ customer database and accessed by authorized service providers supporting our operations. If your data is required to be transferred to any other party, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
