Validate
Before checking in your luggage, visit the VAT Refund validation point. You must present your passport, boarding pass, and the original tax-free tags attached to your purchases.
Collect
After successful validation, proceed through Immigration and collect your refund (cash or card) at the designated counter. Note: cash refunds may have a maximum limit.
Location
Look for Planet Tax Refund point in Departures in front of entrances 1 and 8. After validation is complete, collect your refund from the collection points in Gates A and D.
