Keep your baggage tag receipt (the sticker you received during check-in) with you until you've picked up your bag upon arrival. This will assist our ground handling team in case your bag needs tracking.

Look out for the easy-to-read screens in the baggage claim area showing the conveyor belt number for your flight. Make sure you're at the right belt for a smooth collection process

In spite of our dedicated efforts to ensure a seamless luggage transfer, there may be occasional instances of misplaced bags. If you don't locate your bag on or near the belt, please make your way to the Baggage Services counter in the reclaim area.
